the Dubai Land Development (DLD)
to list your property.
Get professional snaps and
videos of your property.
Ensure that your property is
in a good and presentable state.
Your agent will help you in
agreeing on the price and terms of
the contract. A 10% deposit is agreeable.
Both the parties need to sign
a MoU (Memorandum of
Understanding).
Need to apply for Developer
NOC, Once received we
can fix the date of transfer
After making the full payment,
the buyer will be given a new
title deed by DLD.
